Position: Guest Service Associate
Marina Del Rey based company looking for a self motivated individual to assist in Guest Services. You will be greeting guest at the front desk and making sure to provide our guest with a sense of welcome.
Essential Job Functions/Primary Responsibilities:
- Answering customer calls
- Assisting guest and scheduling appointments
- Checking in/out guest
- Handling money
- Processing gift cards, memberships, and packages for massages
- Following up with customers for satisfaction rating
- Other related duties as may be assigned
- Sales experience is preferred but not a must
- Weekends & holidays are a must
Qualifications:
- Good Strong Attitude
- Must be organized, self motivated
- Previous Customer Service experience is preferred but not a must
- Trustworthy, Loyal, Responsible
- Ability to take direction but work independently when necessary
- Good personality and multi tasking
- Ability to handle difficult customers
- Sales experience is preferred but not a must
- Weekends & holidays are a must
Wages:
- Competitive hourly wages
- Sales Commission
